Bauer Unlimited is authorized by the California State Board of Equalization pursuant to the SALES AND USE TAX LAW to engage in the business of selling goats and goat related items.
In addition, our Ficticious Business Name Statement (Bauer Unlimited) was approved and filed with the Riverside County Clerk's Office April 23, 2004.
We are filed with the US government and California as a Farm.
We have also filed and received an Employer Identification Number (TIN) from the Department of the Treasury which identifies our business.
Pursuant to the Riverside County Code Enforcement, we are zoned for agriculture and allowed livestock on our property. We are also zoned to sell anything grown, hatched, or considered livestock.
We are registered with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Voluntary Scrapie Flock Certification Program and have been assigned a Premise ID#, and the USDA National Animal Identification System and have been assigned a Premise ID#.

The following is the privacy policy for bauerunlimitedfarm.com web site. In this policy, we describe what personal information we collect on our web site, how we use it, and your options regarding information we may collect about you.
Bauer Unlimited respects your safety and privacy. Any information collected via this site is strictly confidential, unless there appears to be abuse occuring (**see below.) We don't sell mailing lists or e-mail addresses to listing companies.
Our site complies with the terms of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). We will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from kids under the age of 13.
Information Collected From All Visitors:
Bauer Unlimited (bauerunlimitedfarm.com) collects statistical information only (browser type, operating system, etc.), from the visitors to this site. Any information collected via site trackers will not be used for any other purpose whatsoever, unless there is abuse (**see below.)
If a visitor elects to share their e-mail address, usually by sending an e-mail to us, their e-mail address will never be shared with any other organization or individual, again, unless there is abuse (**see below.)
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We have noticed an increase of abuse to our site from people *trying* to hide their IP addresses via places like anonymouse.org and layeredtech.com. Our access logs red-flag and report the violators through their computer and ISP, so blocking software or websites will not hide the identity of cyber squatters or hackers abusing this site. We are logging you and we are reporting you.
**The statistical information collected is kept in an access log kept on our server, to protect us from hackers, spammers, bandwidth theft, and flooders. Sitting on and/or causing excessive hits (overloading our site) above and beyond what is considered normal visits and returns, and/or outright stealing of our bandwidth, are red flagged. Should it be determined by our domain server and/or any legal authorities that our website is being hit or flooded excessively for unlawful purposes pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1708.7, appropriate action will be taken to include a copy of the access log being sent to the violators ISP (internet service provider.)
